proximity to Clifton Hill, inclusion of fridge and microwave, nearby attractions
No blackout curtains causing bright light all night!!! A very warm room requiring window opening!!! Mixed shower temperatures making it hard to get comfortable!!! Poor cleanliness standards with stained mattresses!!!

The hallways were poorly lit, creating an uninviting atmosphere. Upon check-in, there was a long wait due to the absence of any staff in the lobby. Additionally, the room felt cramped, lacking enough outlets, which could be inconvenient for families or groups needing to charge devices.

absolutely poor experience, our room was not only above the owners restaurant but was also bombarded with loud music till the early hours. I expected some complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but apparently, they only cater to common guests. The bed was rock-hard and the TV was broken. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement
The staff exhibited a warm and welcoming attitude which made check-in a breeze. The mini fridge and microwave in the room offered convenience for storing snacks and leftovers. The location was excellent, allowing us to explore nearby attractions easily. I enjoyed that the vintage TV shows played on the old sets added a quirky charm to the room.

Great location & friendly vibes!
Loved how close this place is to Clifton Hill – just a quick stroll! Staff was super friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch for breakfast, but the shower in our room had a mind of its own, making it tricky to get the right temp at times.
